Busy Bees is a local authority nursery, providing excellent pre-school education for rising three and four year olds. We provide a stimulating and fun environment for all our children, and follow the national Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, which covers six areas of learning: personal, social and emotional development; communication, language and literacy; problem solving, reasoning and numeracy; knowledge and understanding of the world; creative development; and, physical development.

 

Give your child the best preparation for school:

  • ‘outstanding’ OFSTED endorsement
  • highly experienced Teacher and Nursery Nurse
  • friendly, welcoming and stimulating environment
  • on-site at Axbridge First School: use of school environment and equipment, including weekly PE sessions
  • free milk and fruit daily for every child
  • access to support from Childcare Agencies

Fees

Busy Bees is a Local Authority Nursery. We claim funding on your behalf, starting the term after your child’s third birthday, up to a maximum of 7 hours per day and 15 hours per week. Extra sessions are charged at £4 per hour.

 

Bookings can only be accepted for whole sessions, e.g. a whole morning or afternoon session of 2 ½ hours.

Breakfast, Lunch and Teatime Clubs can be booked on an hourly basis.

Opening Times:

Morning Session: 9am - 11.30am
Afternoon Session: 1pm-3.30pm

Lunch Club: 11.30am -1pm
Teatime Club: 3.30pm - 5.30pm
