Miss Nash, our Wellbeing Champion, is sharing a challenge that she feels you may all enjoy, parents included!
You can do this two ways:
- By going outside and sitting in your garden or outside your front door.
- Logging onto Go Noodle (free) and visit this link - https://family.gonoodle.com/activities/rainbow-breath
Sit quietly for 1 minute and listen carefully, after that minute write down all the different noises you heard.
If you are doing this outside, you can try this at different times of the day and see if you notice any difference!
